Never Too Old to Play

Kinda looks like some sort of prayer ritual, but really, it is "the plank"...body off the floor, touching only toes and elbows!

This one has only the torso touching the floor...arms and feet up...the two finalists!

"The bridge"...You don't see me in these photos....I didn't do too well at this one!

Stretch!!!

Really, really stretch!!! Collapse into laughter! That is good.

Have you ever heard it said that a parent should take the time to get down on the floor and play with their children? My children are pretty big for play time, but we had a good time anyway. We held a "contest" to see who could hold the "plank" and the "bridge" the longest. Then it turned into many other interesting positions and lots of laughter.
Remember to play.
Thank you Lord for my children and for adding light and laughter to our home. "I thank my God in all my remembrance of you, always offering prayer with joy in my every prayer for you." Philippians 1:3-4
